Order fulfillment is the cornerstone of PassAnyDrugTest.net, and why we are unparalleled in customer service and satisfaction. All orders placed by 4pm EST will be shipped out of our warehouse via UPS the very same day from our extremely well-stocked inventory.

All orders over $120.00 come with FREE overnight shipping to anywhere in the contiguous United States! Regular ground, Second day air, and overnight express delivery options available.

UPS Saturday Overnight delivery is also available for those who request special overnight weekend arrival of their order. If you're ordering on Friday afternoon or after 4pm EST on Thursday evening, and need your order before the next business day (Monday), we recommend this service.

Please note all orders require signature for delivery confirmation to ensure the shipment process from our warehouse to your hands. If you would like to waive signature confirmation, please do so by indicating such in the Special Instructions area of your shopping cart by typing the following:

"Please waive signature requirement. By requesting this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that Division One Concepts, LLC. are not to liable for the package after it is dropped off by the UPS courier at my doorstep."

Division One Concepts, LLC., the parent company of PassAnyDrugTest.net, will discreetly appear on your credit card bank statements. Division One Concepts, LLC., the corporate name itself is general in nature, and adds further confidentiality as to what you purchased and from whom.

Do you ship to a PO Box address?

Good question. At this time, unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes for reliability concerns. UPS has proven time and time again to be the ultimate courier so we utilize them exclusively for the best service available.

I need my order now! I can't wait and need you to send it to me via express overnight delivery. Are you able to do this?

You bet. As long as your order arrives to us by 4pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), your order will go out the same day no matter the size or requested delivery speed (rural areas may require additional delivery time from UPS).

Most of our customers order using overnight delivery, so we are well versed in easily handling such requests. We have an extremely healthy warehouse of inventory, and a staff always on deck to fulfill your order. Please note that all orders shipped via overnight and second day express require your signature.

How To Order

What payment methods do you accept -- credit cards, wire transfer and such?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. With respect to wire transfers, while we do not often receive this request since the cost of sending a check or money order via overnight is roughly half the cost of wire transfer fees (depending upon location). However, we may accept them for special occasion. Please contact us for transfer details.

Do you ship to Canada?

No, we are not able to ship to Canada, but are free to ship to just about any other country.

I do not want to order online. What should I do?

There are a variety of standard off-line ordering methods available. The easiest is to order via telephone or facsimile. Both are running /7 automated for your convenience, and are checked multiple times every day. We feel ordering via credit card using phone & fax provides a welcomed alternative to online credit card orders.

You may also order via regular "snail" mail. All checks require a mandatory ten-day hold period for clearance. For this reason, we recommend a cashier's check (a.k.a. official check) or money order to expedite your order.

Placing an order for facsimile or snail mail is extremely simple. Here are the quick and easy steps to creating your order, and allowing PADTZone to do all the work for you by way of automatically generating a custom rendered order page perfect for printing:

1. Browse through the PADTZone website, adding the products you wish to purchase to your cart.

2. When you are finished adding your requested products to cart, click the "View Cart" link, and then the "Checkout" button. This will take you to our secured order form.

3. Fill out the order form in full, including the ship to address, and requested shipping method. Then, under the "Payment Type," simply change the drop down menu from Credit Card to Printable Order Form.

4. Proceed as normal, and then check out. By selecting Printable Order Form, our system will not ask you for your credit card information, and therefore will automatically send you a custom rendered printable page with all of your order and shipping data preformatted for fax or mail in.
